Not Silence of the Lambs, Nothing Depraved, Just an Opinion about Sheep Shearing Videos

Image for Sheep Shearing Discussion Blog
Let me explain this in the un-sickliest manner. During the last few weeks, during the few minutes spent idling on YouTube, I chanced upon sheep shearing videos. At first, I did not understand the need to view such content. I revisited the clips after some days and felt this feeling of relief while watching the visuals. Why? There is something appeasing about the videos that placate you, calm down the nerves. Each video here has a sheep being shaved for the fur. The video is not graphic.

The Many Ways of Eating Shakkar: Summarized for Simpletons & Pretentiously Fancy Pricks

Cat Humor Image in Real Life Blog
No dripping butter, no droplets of ghee running from the corner, no overdone crusts, and devoid of overtly enthusiastic crustiness in the roti – I just summed-up the perfect shakkar wala roti style for you. If you didn’t get it, chances are that you have suffered a brain stroke when you were asleep and hence, you cannot comprehend the simplest things in life. To ensure simpletons like you can understand this easily, am breaking down everything you need to know about this art. Yes, this is an acquired trade, an elite taste, a flavor borrowed from the rural confines of India, given a semi-urbane twist by people like me, now resonating with gastronomic greatness. Here it is:

Moha is on a Roll...Whoops! Was Talking about the 'Mohal Roll'

Image of Homemade Egg Roll Green Vegetable SidesThis is about smart cooking, passionate and driven by a desire to recreate recipes in a way that something as rushed as a Breakfast seems a more celebrated affair - something to look forward to! Moha had been observing how I have this keen interest in things that are rolled-up, filled to the curled brim with the goodness of veggies and leafy contents. The ideas were already rushing to her mind and recently she put them to good execution, creating a roll that had some very lovable traits.
Just summarizing them here:

Moha Sets New Benchmarks for the Perfect Punjabi Makki-di-Roti

DIY Cooking How to Make Makki Di Roti Pic
Moha's Makki Di Roti
It has been a blend of poor health, slow recovery, great food and trying to scrape my way to better health this winter season in Delhi. The food part is what am going to share today and I say this without a shadow of doubt that my wife, Moha is perhaps the best cook when it comes to truly north Indian food. Anyone in Delhi can challenge us and we will be ready with our gastronomic wisdom and the fortitude to take upon the most challenging recipes. Why am I babbling about like this?

Snacking, Munching, Food Hunting as 3-Pronged Daily Management Tool

Anxiety Eating Funny Pug | Lifestyle
The obvious question is that nearly everyone, from the Cro-Magnon man to Neanderthals and the slick city dwellers, takes to food when it comes to being stressed or when navigating through the daily schedule becomes a bit too challenging. I will be talking about the same thing but perhaps, will dig into the subject a lot more, sharing things many of us feel a bit apprehensive about when it comes to eating to do a bit better, at work, at home, in the bed or when idling on a Sunday afternoon:

Tends to Jolt the senses, Controlling Anxiety Pangs: this applies to food options that are dangerously spicy or cold to the extent that they freeze-up your mouth. Why does it work? The same reason I shared above but this goes one step ahead. How?

Unsolicited Swagger when Sipping Tea | Are you a Tea Snob - use the Check-list!

Pic of Sipping Tea Funny Cat with Attitude
You are a tea snob if you think drinking many cups at your work-desk makes you look important

Needless to say, this is due to my irresistible habit of observing things and forming knee-jerk opinions. I had always been intrigued by how people try to put in a bit of style when smoking, always holding their poison in a way that it looks sacred, something that makes them elite – a class apart. To some extent, this is understandable. Smoking is about getting a high and perhaps the high includes an ego boost too. What I couldn’t understand is why people who behave in a slightly similar way when sipping tea or coffee. This is not about some uptight tea drinking etiquette or weird tea serving rules like adding the milk last!

You are a tea snob if you pay a big tip for a single serving of tea at a cafe

Me & Moha Finally Did It…I meant Baking a Homely Chocolate Cake

Get your head out of the perversity that surrounds you, look-up and listen to what I have to say – Me and Moha had been trying to cook our cake for some time now. The first attempt had been gastronomically traumatic. The batter was left uncooked and the crusting was a bit too much. This year's 26th January weekend meant we could try again, prepared with some failure-makes-you-better wisdom. Families and colleagues trusted with making the final judgment in our favor!

Red Underwear – does it empower you? & More Innerwear Conversations

Mens Printed Underwear Image from Lifestyle & Opinion Blog
Not sure about how many folks are going to understand this but I firmly believe that what you wear within is as important as crisply ironed shirts and that blue blazer. I can never dress-up using ill-fitting underwear or an under-shirt that does not seem to have lost all of its moisture under the sun. A few years ago, it just chanced upon me that the color of my underwear often made me feel good about the wardrobe ensemble I chose for the day. The reason?

Don't have the usual psychological study to share with you guys but yes, for me this color is about being passionate, driven by self-confidence. I have explored almost shades of red as a part of my outerwear options. This spilled over the zone of inner wear to work.

Sleeping with a Collar? Not my cup of tea!

Lifestyle Humor - Racoon Wearing Collar
Discussing My Strange Reason for Sleeping Difficulties
Needless to say that I have had falling-asleep issues. These have oscillated from being awake at night like an owl to having the most frightening thoughts ruminating in my mind. The result has been what I call superficial sleep. The sleep here used to be slightly disturbed with some depressing thoughts doing rounds in the head. The result was this feeling of something tied to your upper back and forehead – the feeling was not perhaps as acute migraine bouts but it was awful. Now, during this phase of high sleep sensitivity I developed another habit or a handicap – I just couldn’t sleep with any type of nightwear that has anything alike a collar.

Dyslexia or Dysgraphia due to Breaking the Habit?

Funny Lobster Holding Human Pencil | Humor Quotes
Some people call it Dysgraphia, but that is the more technical term. What am I talking about?  The inability to write with the kind of fluidness and simplicity we had at school level. If children struggle to do it, it is labeled as a learning deterrent, a medical condition that can be come over. However, when middle-aged men like me cannot hand-write in a form that is always legible and without needing too much effort, it is not an underlying medical condition but perhaps a problem of having broken away from the habit for far too long.

Remembering ECW: When Pro-wrestling was for Real

Taz ECW Originals WWE WCW WWF Banner
I recall Tazz doing the most extreme range of suplexes, coming-up with variations that would put a Brock Lesner to shame. From New Jack to Mankind, from Shane Douglas to RVD – there was something very graphic and lovable about ECW. One big reason for folks from the subcontinent to love this wrestling franchise was that the biggest brand in the biz, WWF at that time, had unchallenged monopoly. Their show was run in a more scripted way. The risks were there to see but a lot lesser when compared to the maniacs who tossed each other around like crazy in ECW. After the acquisition of WCW by WWF, it became clear that ECW was next.

DIY Throat Management: Washing Away Potential Threats with Betadine Gargling

Cat Humor Gargling
I have always had an inclination to developing a sore throat at the most odd moments, essentially every time there was a plan unrolling. Years of staring and murmuring, aimed at saying that I was a spoiler of a human being, notwithstanding, I developed many mechanisms to get rid of this problem. Most of these habits vanished since I am too lazy and others just did not seem to work at all. Lately, the tendency to develop a rash like sensation in the throat and the passage connecting the ear and the throat, has met a serious challenge in the form of betadine-formulated gargle solution. This is some seriously old-world medicine with that historically-correct color of purple and some shade of very dark blue.

That Heavy Anxious Feeling: Exhaling Away the Blues, with a Thrust

Funny Cat Stress Management
You must have heard about breathing correctly. More and more lifestyle coaches and wellness instructors are talking about the need our breathing pattern. Even Ramdev has repeatedly emphasized that breathing out or exhaling is more calming for the entire body, helping you stay more relaxed. In comparison, inhaling in takes a toll on our mind and body. While am not sure about why inhaling can be so villainous, am pretty sure that breathing out, with some effort, does keep you calmer.

Tea Tree Oil: Drops of Naturalness Make a Difference

Wildlife Humor - Healthy Hair | Coconut Oil
I tried Tea Tree Oil not because lifestyle bloggers and health writers were vouching for its ability to heal the human in the most amazing way – my decision was as usual the result of a gut feeling. I chanced upon this oil during my search for something that could stop my allergies that often broke out due to too much stress being interpreted by me – yes, I am guilty of snowballing anxieties into a chronic worry that eventually leads to physical manifestations. I had heard a bit about organic and cold pressed essential oils. In all these discussions, one or two oils continued to be spoken about very fondly. This included lavender oil and Tea Tree Oil, the latter for its various healing properties. It has been almost 2 years and I continue to use this natural oil without any apprehensions.

Funny Rabbit Making French Toast - Food Blogging
DIY French Toasting with Wife
I am not talking about the perfect kiss – this is another food-heavy exploration, fresh from today’s morning spread. I must have shared that eggs find a prominent place in my daily diet, essentially for breakfast and every time I run out of ideas. Lately, me and Moha have been exploring how to make the humble omelet or scrambled egg more engaging. The results have been rather good. We have salad-i-fied scrambled eggs and created omelet-like cheesy egg preparations that are exotic and nutritious without much prep time. Today morning, we tried making French toasts. Moha does not like the odor of eggs but she cooks them for me with the enthusiasm of a curious toddler. Our first effort today was rather simple - we wanted to make classic French toasts without too much experimentation.

DIY Grooming Blogging: my trimmer is wiser than an electric shaver!

Trimmer versus Electrical Shaver | Cat Humor

2017 was cruel in terms of my body reacting to certain prescription drugs and the outset of what seems like a herpetic tendency. During this time, there were repeated outbreaks in and around my mouth. Over a period, the lesions and scarring dissolved but they also created these small, darkish grey patches around my lips. The road ahead has been difficult as I can no longer shave in the usual way. I have been asked to keep away the razor from these areas that can be very sensitive.

The only way ahead was using an electric trimmer or shaver, ensuring that the growth was never shaved away completely. I had to repeatedly trim my beard and it was getting frustrating to repeatedly visit the men’s saloon. The only solution was to buy the shaving or trimming gear for myself – a long-term and definitely smart investment since I was not going to shave for many weeks now. The question was – what suited me more – the shaver or a trimmer?

A Pickled Obsession that Infests Me Right Now: Ginger & Garlic

Funny Cat Image Praying for Pickles
Pickling: Ways to Up Daily Ginger, Garlic Intake

It has been a slow recovery from my bout of jaundice and among the few lifestyle changes and dietary adjustments that I had to make, I took upon another innocently addictive exploration – pickling using vinegar. I have to ramp-up basic detox agents like ginger and garlic apart from herbs that help the liver to leach away the abundance of contaminants in the blood. My wife not being a very garlic-ky person made it clear that having a persistent Sulfur breath was akin to killing our couple time. Now, I had to find a way of consuming more of garlic without the breath and without the torture of consuming it in a raw, highly potent form.

Going (Pea)Nuts…yet again, Winters does this to me!

Eating Peanuts in Winter - Lifestyle Quotes
It wasn’t a great start to the winter season as me and my wife fell sick. My jaundice too forever to clear-up and as a couple, we are still loading-up on all types of natural, detox aids to ensure that the sickening hangover of being over-medicated is uprooted and dumped for good. However, now that am eating the more regular stuff again, the annual challenge of winter eating is up and running. What is this about? Resisting the temptation of loading-up on peanuts and gudd. The combination is like a dose of morphine to someone suffering from extreme pain. I can devour packets full of peanuts, taking the time to crack and split apart each entity, taking pleasure in what seems like a playful activity that rewards you with a strong nutty flavor.

Loving the Flames – a peek into Unplanned Bonfires & Loving the Flickers!

Dog Humor | Starting Outdoor Fire
Exploring Mood Enhancing Benefits of Sitting by Fire
I am not a pyromaniac, though I have a history of playing with fire and some mood-elevating medicines. Where is this coming from? Recently, I blogged about the Lohri bonfire and it emerged that lighting-up a small bunch of sticks and some random woody stuff from here and there, re-catalyzed the love for flame that once existed. For the longest time, when I was a child, there was this love for burning-up things and watching them melt and turn into a black mass.

Why some people cannot get enough of loving a woman's navel?

The navel, also known as the belly button, is a small depression located on the abdomen. The anatomy of the navel includes the following parts:

Umbilicus: This is the visible part of the navel, which is the small depression on the surface of the skin.

Umbilical cord: During pregnancy, the umbilical cord connects the baby to the placenta and allows for the transfer of nutrients and oxygen from the mother to the developing fetus.

Umbilical ring: This is the small opening in the abdominal muscles where the umbilical cord was attached.

Umbilical stalk: This is the small piece of tissue that connects the umbilicus to the umbilical ring.

Umbilical granuloma: This is a small, benign growth that can occur in the navel, usually after the umbilical cord has been cut at birth.

Scar tissue: The navel area may contain scar tissue, which results from the cutting of the umbilical cord.

What is the easiest way to clean the grout lines in your home?

A grout line is the small gap or space between the tiles in a tiled surface such as a floor or wall. The grout is a material, typically made of cement or a similar mixture, that is used to fill these gaps and hold the tiles in place. It also helps to keep the surface sealed and protect it from water damage and mold. Grout lines are usually narrow and not always visible, but they can become discolored and dirty over time, and require cleaning to maintain the appearance of the tiled surface. The color of the grout is usually chosen to be similar to the color of the tile, which makes it less visible, but it can also be chosen to be a contrasting color.

My Wavering Aversion to Cabbage – Don't Count on It

Funny Cabbage Image - Eating Habits Blogging
Google Funny Animal Pics for the Funniest Images
The good things first – I can eat cabbage, without any apprehensions, when it is used as a part of a bigger salad ensemble or layered between multiple slots of a sandwich. I like the crunchiness, I like the greenness of this leafy veggie. However, there is one problem – if I eat it too raw or too cooked, it challenges my threshold for patience. I share this weird relationship with cabbage. If I can smell the odor that emerges from a leafy veggie being cooked, I just cannot eat it. Camouflage this smell and it becomes very edible. Leave it absolutely raw without anything sprinkled on it, and it becomes difficult for me to chew it. Served it as a part of kuchumbar salad preparation, and I start liking it. This journey hate & love journey began in school.

Don't Look Down upon Window Shopping Food - It is a Thriving Sub-culture

Animal Humor Picture - Bunny Buying Food
It is not aimless if you have a habit of visiting alleys and local markets that are overflowing with food stalls, roadside eateries, open cafés and vendors that sell food in the raw, semi-processed and highly packaged form. The reason? This too is a type of window shopping! Why should the idea of physically browsing through shopping lanes without any intention of buying be restricted to apparel and lifestyle niche only?

Seeking Compliments Has Got Nothing To Do With Vanity…In Most Cases

Dog Humor Picture - Dressed Up Dog Feeling Confident
There is this skewed perception that if you are curious about how many compliments you will get for a favorite pullover you are wearing to the office, there is something very narcissistic about you – it seems that the debate for seeking admiration about yourself is pretty much settled, i.e. you are chasing vanity, it boosts your ego levels. However, this idea is rather messed-up. A compliment or two can be very soothing, helping you get in the right mood when starting your day or navigating through it. A difficult day at the office can seem less overwhelming if someone admires your wardrobe combination or the new watch you are wearing.

Something Soulful about Gajar Ka Halwa: Addictive Winter Feasting

Cat Humor Pic - Overating Desserts in Delhi Winters

Am a typical Punjabi in many ways, including the gastronomic preferences. It is winter season these days and my sweet tooth cravings guide me toward one direction only – a bowl of heavily roasted Gajar Halwa, overwhelmed with almonds and cashews. Why?

There is no substitute for it! There is no other sweet preparation in or around the city that comes even close to the flavor of blood red carrots, slowly cooked for hours.Yes, there are many commercial eateries that put-up this winter season treat for folks like me but honestly, the retailed version is never up to the mark. The variety prepared by my wife has been patiently cooked for hours, sometimes spread over a couple of days without taking the shortcut of adding condensed milk or excess khoya. The difference can be seen, and felt, in the first bite. Moha’s version of Gajar Halwa has that laidback smokiness to it.

Is eating popcorn late in the night a good idea?

Snacking at night can be beneficial or detrimental to your health, depending on the type and quantity of food you consume. Eating a small, healthy snack before bed can help stabilize blood sugar levels and promote better sleep. However, consuming large amounts of high-calorie foods late at night can lead to weight gain and other health problems. It is important to pay attention to your body's hunger cues and choose snacks that are nutrient-dense, rather than relying on snacking as a form of entertainment or stress relief.

Eating high-calorie, high-fat, and high-sugar foods late at night can be detrimental to your health. Some specific examples of foods that are best avoided at midnight include:

Fried foods: French fries, fried chicken, and other fried foods are high in calories and can disrupt sleep.

Sweets: Candy, cookies, and cake are high in sugar and can cause blood sugar spikes that can affect sleep.

High-fat meats: Processed meats such as bacon and sausages are high in saturated fat and can be difficult to digest, leading to discomfort and poor sleep.

Spicy foods: Spicy foods can cause acid reflux and heartburn, which can be uncomfortable and disrupt sleep.

It's important to note that eating any food before bed can disrupt sleep because it takes time for the body to digest the food and also consuming large meals can also cause discomfort. It's better to eat a light, healthy snack before bed, such as yogurt, fruit, or nuts.

Popcorn is a whole-grain food that is a good source of fiber, antioxidants, and other important nutrients. Some of the specific health benefits of eating popcorn include:

Fiber: Popcorn is high in fiber, which can help keep you feeling full and promote healthy digestion.

Antioxidants: Popcorn contains polyphenols, a type of antioxidant that has been linked to a lower risk of heart disease and certain cancers.

Low calorie: Popcorn is a low-calorie snack that can be a good choice for those who are trying to lose weight or maintain a healthy weight.

Gluten-free: Popcorn is a gluten-free food, making it a good option for people with celiac disease or gluten sensitivity.

It's important to note that not all types of popcorn are created equal, so it's best to choose popcorn that is air-popped or lightly seasoned. Avoid buttery or cheese-flavored popcorn, which can be high in calories, fat, and sodium.

Why buying genuine cacti online is difficult?

Cacti are a group of plants that are part of the Cactaceae family. They are native to the Americas, and are known for their unique adaptations to arid and desert environments. They have thick, fleshy stems that store water, and often have sharp spines or bristles to protect them from animals. Cacti also have small, shallow root systems that allow them to quickly absorb water when it is available. They can survive long periods without water and can grow in extremely hot temperatures. They come in a variety of shapes, sizes, and colors and are popular houseplants and garden plants. Cacti can also be used for ornamental and medicinal purposes. They are known for their ability to remove toxins from the air and their ability to improve humidity in a room.

Why are tiled walls not a good idea for the bedroom?

When considering home improvement projects, many people opt for tiled walls. They are easy to clean, stylish, and can add value to your home. However, tiled walls may not be the best choice for the bedroom. In this article, we will discuss why tiled walls are not a good idea for the bedroom and some of the potential drawbacks of using them in this room.

Tiled walls can make a bedroom look sterile

When considering tiled walls for the bedroom, it's important to keep in mind how they can affect the overall look and feel of the room. Tiled walls can give the bedroom a sterile, hospital-like feel, which may not be ideal if you're trying to create a warm and inviting space. Additionally, tiled walls can make the room look cold and uninviting. If not maintained properly, the grout between tiles can also crack and crumble, which can give the bedroom an unfinished or "under construction" look.

If you're set on using tiled walls in your home, it may be best to hire a professional to install them. This way, you can be sure that they are installed correctly and that any potential issues are avoided.

The grout can be difficult to clean

Cleaning grout can be a difficult and time-consuming task. If not cleaned properly, grout can become stained, mildewed, and moldy. It can also crack and crumble. Replacing grout can be a difficult and messy process.

To clean grout, start by mixing equal parts water and vinegar in a bowl. Then, using a old toothbrush or other soft-bristled brush, scrub the grout with the mixture. Rinse the area with clean water afterwards. For difficult stains, you may need to repeat this process several times.

To prevent grout from becoming stained or mildewed in the first place, it is important to seal it after it is installed. You can purchase grout sealer at most hardware stores. Once applied, grout sealer will need to be reapplied every few months to keep it effective.

Tiled walls can be cold and impersonal

Tiled walls can make a room feel uninviting and impersonal. The hard, glossy surface of tiles can give a bedroom a sterile, hospital-like feel. Tiles are often used in public spaces such as bathrooms and kitchens, which can make a bedroom feel like less of a personal space. Tiled walls can also make a room seem smaller and more cramped.

If you're looking for a cozy, inviting bedroom, tiled walls are probably not the best choice. Consider painting the walls instead. You could also use wallpaper or fabric to cover the walls. These materials will help to make the room feel warmer and more inviting.

You may not be able to hang pictures or artwork on tiled walls

Hanging pictures or artwork on tiled walls can be difficult, as tiles are smooth and hard, making it difficult to get nails or screws into them without damaging the tile. The grout lines between tiles can also make it difficult to hang pictures or artwork straight. If you are determined to hang pictures or artwork on tiled walls, you may need to get creative with your methods. Picture rails or adhesive strips may be better suited for hanging pictures or artwork on tiled walls than nails or screws.

You may need to hire a professional to install tiled walls

Hiring a professional to install tiled walls may be the best option for several reasons. A professional tiler will have the experience and expertise to ensure that the job is done correctly, and can also advise on the best type of tiles to use for your particular project. Tiling is a delicate process, and even if you are careful, you may void the warranty on the tiles if you attempt to install them yourself.

Another reason to hire a professional is that they will have the proper tools and equipment for the job. Tiling requires special saws, cutters, and adhesives, which most people do not have in their homes. Attempting to install tiles without the proper tools can be dangerous, as well as being more likely to result in a poor finish.

Finally, professionals have access to trade discounts on tiles and supplies. This can save you a significant amount of money on your project, as well as ensuring that you get high-quality materials.

Lohri – yes, it is essentially a Bonfire Thing!

Funny Animal Bonfire | Celebrations Lohri
There is a recurring discussion each time it is Lohri time here in Delhi – is this a real festival, why aren’t more people celebrating it or is this just a bonfire that makes people come together? For me, the cheerfulness is essentially about the bonfire thing. In a way, it is the perfect recipe – winter season and the opportunity to light-up a bonfire in metropolitan locales that are inhumanly low on person-to-person interactions, where running into each other seems like a mishap. Lohri carries the aura of coziness in the most literal sense. For the more dedicated Lohri enthusiast, this bonfire is like a beacon of sustaining sub-cultures that are in stark contrast to the city pattern that compartmentalizes and mechanizes our life.

When Healthy Snacking Makes Too Much Noise

Canine Humor - Eating Habits
I have been eating healthier, snacking with even more discretion. The realm of snacks now includes multiple salad combinations and a range of snacks that are roasted or are low on frying or use of edible oils. However, there is a small issue. My seating is compact, too closed-in for my comfort. As a result, there is always a chance of the crunchier stuff making a lot of noise, no matter how hard I try.

Is Misunderstanding ‘Big Data’ akin to Misinterpreting ‘How to Live’?

Funny Cat Showing Big Data
Some time back, we did a content development project for an IT solutions firm that offered cloud computing services. Back then, we were rephrasing a lot of content without understanding its entire impact. Now, this have turned more meaningful as the Big Data wave is finally settling and we witness organizations becoming data-smart with increasing enthusiasm. However, there is one thing I would like to highlight – in fact, draw a parallel. Many businesses are hopping on the Big Data platform thinking that this is actually about getting “bigger”, i.e. collecting more and more data, from every possible source.

Benzos Like Valium Bring About a "Relaxed" High
I have never been shy of sharing the fact that of and on, I have been on anti-anxiety prescription medicines. It is something my family, friends, colleagues and team members know. Over the year, I have come across many meds, some horrible ones and others, with sizable benefits. One such drug of choice was Valium. When I first started using it, sedation was a constant outcome – this was not a huge issue back then since I wanted to sleep and forget everything about life. In fact, this was the first anxiolytic med I ever took. As things moved on, I realize that Valium was not meant for long-term use, something my psychiatrist told me when I shared things like not sleepy properly if the nightly dose of Valium was missed.

Why deep-throating DIGITIZATION in India is stupid?

Image of UIDAI Not Good | Canine Humor
This is not going to be elaborate, perspective-sharing type of writing – the title says it all and I have my reasons to believe that as a nation, digitizing us in a comprehensive way is not a smart choice. The issue has been in my mind for some time now, with all the frenzy around getting your Adhaar Card linked to possibly every bit of ID or official record out there. It seems that the Indian government is trying to create something like an SSN – social security number, which the US has been using for centuries. Still, the Indian way of managing things is very different. For starters, collating all the data under one type of ID is not the smartest thing when you know that the government resources handling all this privacy-maximum data is highly corrupt.

Using Coffee as a Workplace Management Tool

Coffee Drinking - Work Life Management
Agreed, most people at work need their daily fix – tea or coffee, helps them concentrate better, get through grinding schedules and give that instant shot of energy at the most crucial time. However, people are prone to using too much of it, especially coffee that is now becoming a staple at all levels of the workplace. Many people have developed an addiction to it while others seem to misuse it. For instance, Migraine pains is not something you want to deal with using caffeine. This can actually worsen the situation. Then there are people at work with acidity issues or bloating related to drinking too much of the pure or milked variety. Vending machines are often not clean and this is when too much of the same thing every day can open roads to an oncoming infection. I am trying to use coffee in a more constructive way:

Which is the easiest workout when you are not feeling well?

When you're not feeling well, the last thing you probably want to do is exercise. But sometimes, a workout is exactly what you need to make yourself feel better.

In this article, we'll take a look at different types of workouts that can be done when you're feeling under the weather. We'll determine which of these workouts is the easiest to do, and provide tips on how to make it even easier. Finally, we'll summarize the benefits of doing this type of workout when you're not feeling well.

Section 1: Defining what "not feeling well" means in the context of working out

"Not feeling well" can mean different things to different people. In general, though, it can be said that "not feeling well" means feeling physically or mentally unable to do a workout. This can be due to a number of factors, such as being sick, being injured, or simply not having the energy or motivation to work out.

It is important to listen to your body and not try to push yourself too hard when you are not feeling well. However, there are still some workouts that can be done even when you are not feeling your best. These workouts can help you to get rid of any pent-up energy, clear your mind, and improve your mood.

Section 2: Examining the different types of workouts that can be done when feeling under the weather

There are many different types of workouts that can be done when feeling under the weather, and the best type of workout to do is the one that you enjoy the most. The type of workout that you choose should be based on your goals and your fitness level, as well as how severe your symptoms are.

If you are looking for a workout that is low-impact and will not make your symptoms worse, then walking or gentle stretching might be a good option for you. If you have more energy and want to get a sweat on, then moderate cardio like jogging or swimming could be a better option. And if you are feeling up for a challenge, then doing a high-intensity workout might be what you need.

It is also important to think about the duration of your workout. If you only have a short amount of time, then doing a quick HIIT workout or going for a short run might be the best option. But if you have more time to spare, then doing a longer workout like going for a long walk or taking an exercise class could be a better option.

Whichever type of workout you choose, make sure to listen to your body and stop if you start to feel worse. It is also important to stay hydrated and drink plenty of fluids before, during, and after your workout.

Section 3: Determining which of these workouts is the easiest to do

None

Section 4: Providing tips on how to make the chosen workout easier

One of the best ways to make a chosen workout easier is to start with a smaller version of the workout. For example, if you are planning on going for a run, start by walking for a few minutes to warm up your muscles and get your heart rate up. Then, gradually increase your speed until you are running at your desired pace.

Another way to make a workout easier is to take more time to rest in between sets. This will help to prevent you from getting too tired and will allow your body to recover somewhat between sets.

You can also use lighter weights when doing strength-training exercises. This will help to prevent you from overworking your muscles and will allow you to complete the exercises with good form.

Finally, you can do fewer reps of each exercise. Doing fewer reps will help you to maintain good form and prevent you from getting too tired.

Section 5: Summarizing the benefits of doing this type of workout when not feeling well

There is evidence to suggest that working out when you are not feeling well can actually be beneficial. When you are sick, your body is already working hard to fight off the infection. Adding a workout to the mix might seem like it would be too much for your body to handle, but it can actually help you to feel better.

My Precious…Utterly Moha-licious DIY Chocolates

DIY Dark Chocolates | Wife's Cooking Review
The basics first – if you still haven’t figured out that Moha is my wife’s name, you are definitely an idiot. Now, cutting it straight to the topic: Moha prepared a batch of dark chocolates and milk chocolates yesterday. This was her third attempt and by now, am pretty sure she has rounded-up all the permutations and combinations that go in DIY chocolates. The goods will be distributed across three households and my workplace, each averaging a batch of around 25 units each. Sharing a few things with you apart from the image:

DIY Lifestyle Tuning: Finding Ways to Salad(ify) My Day

Funny Koala Finding Ways to Increase Salad Intake
Finding Ways to Eat Salad Every Day &
Actually Like It - Tricks, Tips | My Health
The last days of November 2017 is when I contracted Jaundice and since then, salads have become a major part of the day’s food supplies. I was recommended gorging on radish in order to boost my recovery. Actually the real advice was to consume radish juice, mixing it with aloe vera or sugarcane juice in order to make it sweeter, more edible. This was necessary since radish extract is very bitter and creates a nauseating feeling – not a good thing when you are trying to push food down your throat to boost the daily calories and nutrition. After spending weeks at home, ramping my radish consumption, I was back at my loyal work desk. Here, I had to maintain my intake of salad and as a result I created a few nifty ways of boosting the overall salad consumption.

Changing First Name or Surname Post Marriage: are we overthinking it?

Change First Name After Marriage, Women's Rights
I am not going to dig deep into the subject that is very obvious – women are expected to change their surname after tying the knot. Lately, women have been using their surnames, sandwiched between their first name and the groom’s family name. Recently, I came across another marital norm where the bride’s first name too is changed. Shocking for some, this is rather common in parts of western India and provinces of Sindh, Pakistan. For some women this can be demeaning, almost a threat to their identity. For others, it is just about following a culture that is deep-seated into a community.

Bit of Health and Aesthetic Beauty in Cranberry Tea

Drinking Green Tea, Cranberry Tea | Workplace Discussions
Green Tea by a brand called, TE-A-ME. The flavor was intriguing, named Cranberry, and it instantly reminded me of Cranberry flavored Bacardi Breezer

Quick Observations:

  • This green tea is actually red, the shade almost identical to the cranberry and alcohol confectionary that is bottled in the Bacardi stuff. Visually, more appealing than any other herbal or green tea concoction available these days
  • Tastes nice, without being overwhelming. Unlike some other green teas, it does not have that typical herbal or floral essence which I sometimes find obtrusive. The reddish hue is leaked immediately and its darker every time to dip the dipper
  • The flavor is very balanced, does not coat your tongue in a way that anything you might eat along loses its actual taste

Portion of My Dreams Captured in Images Borrowed Online

I am sharing some images that connect with some of the purest thoughts I have had for a long time. There is something very unadulterated about these images. For me, it is also about a distant dream that I believe most men my age often have – a big wooden house, surrounded by plush greens, days spent under the sun, working hard, returning to a warm house and a nurturing wife with your son playing in the backyard with woolly, massively-built dogs. Yes, there are some well-documented truth about dreaming patterns but this is just one man's story so far and the patterns here are not that well-connected. Well not of all of is the usual visuals all men have – many ingredients of this list are exclusive to me. These images capture a small bit of this thought that is close to my heart. In some way, this is also about things I yearned to have been a part of my childhood. Try to zoom in on the expressions of the canines, sometimes extremely silent and stoic in these stills but there is something about their faces that says a lot…

Just Some Fleeting Thoughts about ‘Could Have Been Better’

Regrets, Marriage | Talking About Life
I have been constantly cutting out the psychological flab that tends to weigh heavily in my mind. Just like unwanted adipose deposits, these feelings of regret and not getting the chance of redemption can kill your spirit, downright bury it so deep that you find the daily routine too hard. The progress has been good. I have let go, forgotten, forgiven, and embraced most things in my life.

However, every now and then, some momentary thoughts do surface when I hear about someone getting hitched. Yes, marriage-related discussions, no matter how short or long don't make me nostalgic. Instead, a feeling dwells that things could have been done a lot better. In the months following my tying-the-knot moment, I realized that my limited social interactions had taken another bite without my realization…a bite from my pie of happiness.

Have You Used Self-created Pinch Points to Handle Anxiety?

GERD, Harming Yourself | Anxiety Help
This discussion will not make sense to everyone, simply because only someone from GERD, like me, can understand how debilitating Anxiety can become...it can literally derail your life and single-handedly decide your overall health status. Over the years of dealing with Anxiety, I have come across many Anxiety-management tools, some free resources and others, obesely priced for no apparent reason. While meditation does work it is not meant for me. Why? My mind tends to wander and ruminate a bit too much. I came across one lifestyle article nearly 3 years back and put the tip to practice - using a pinch point every time you felt that a sudden bout of Anxiety was coming. Yes, you can feel it like a wave of coldness, a wiry thing that feels against your skin, traveling from your upper shoulder area to your head. The trick is simple. Grab hold of something that can pinch you for good. Something like a key does the trick for me.

That Thing You Do, 'You' Being Macaroni

Macaroni by Moha | Life at Workplace
My wife gives a new twist to nearly every type of food out there - yes, she can cook most things people find at snack stalls and famous eateries. However, it is her Macaroni that is perhaps the best example of personalizing the taste, giving some Indian tadka to it, blending it with her expertise and creating something that is outright exotic!

What makes it special? For starters, the sheer volume of thinly chopped veggies. I believe it is the lack of semi-fried vegetables that makes many food items fare averagely. My wife's version of Macaroni is overwhelmed with veggies, chopped to perfection, thin slices that crunch and texture-up the dish perfectly.

Why is winter dressing about Greys, followed by fanaticism for Black and Deep Blues?

Wearning Red, Black, Blue | Funny Cat
It is very wintery in Delhi and all around me, including my office, people finding their way on the road, and folks behind the steering wheel are dressed-up, creating layers to insulate them against the chill. However, my floating observation took me to a realization – there is an overkill of Grey colored clothing, even the accessories are overcooked in shades of blue and black. From what I can fathom, Winters can be somewhat depressing. Some folks suffer from winter-induced clinical depression too but overall, the season is about Christmas, New Year and plans & resolutions. The monotony of these shades is a big contrast to the feel-good vibes which comes with loving every sip of coffee, that feeling of warmth that coats your throat every time you pounce on dark chocolate. My winter wardrobe is as colorful it can get without getting weird.
